I’ve dealt with staff and customers for 20 years.

I’ve organised open days.

I’ve won awards.

I’ve changed websites.

I’ve used Google Ads.

I’ve put up prices.

I’ve seen competition come and go.

I’ve had celebrities as customers (from Coronation Street).

I’ve had awkward customers.

I’ve had customers who then became friends with me and my family.

I’ve had to get rid of staff.

I’ve had to pay staff more to keep them (it was worth it).

I’ve lost sleep.

I’ve had to buy new stock and start from scratch.

I’ve been in business for 20 years.

I’ve been doing it for FIVE years. I’ve had lots of customers.

I’ve worked with different businesses.
