I remember the day I moved from having a job to owning business. Everybody started to advise me, from my mother, my family to my friends to old work colleagues.
None of these people had ever owned a business.
None of these people had taken this risk.
And I listened to them. Goodness knows why.
Never take advise about your business, unless it’s from someone who’s got business experience, not corporate business experience- but experience of running a business, taking their own risks.
And beware. The world of modern business is very different to even 10 years ago.
Marketing is a skill on it’s own.
If you have to pay for this advice, then so be it.
It will be money well spent.
