- Are there payment options?
- Are there levels of service? (Think about customers who can pay more)
- You’ll need a guarantee
- Make the offer scarce ie. A deadline!
What makes a bad offer?
*We offer great customer service!
*We offer outstanding quality (This has to come from a customer – not yourself)
*We have a great team! Etc.
None of these will motivate your customer to take action!
