What makes a good offer?

  • A reason- why are you making the offer?
  • What’s the value of the offer?
  • The Price
  • Are there payment options?
  • Are there levels of service? (Think about customers who can pay more)
  • You’ll need a guarantee
  • Make the offer scarce ie. A deadline!

What makes a bad offer?

*We offer great customer service!

*We offer outstanding quality (This has to come from a customer – not yourself)

*We have a great team! Etc.

None of these will motivate your customer to take action!

*** The offer should put you on the spot- you’re the one taking the risk with this!
