In a recent interview with Nigel Botterill, Richard Osman was asked about the length of his books and how he plans them out.
Richard said that his books are always about 90,000 words.
He then said that his aim is to write 1,000 words a day.
So the books should take him 90 days to write.
He couldn’t do any more each day- but he has to have a plan & get the job done.
And so this applies to you & your business.
You’ve got plans, but you can’t complete them in one day.
But, you have to start somewhere.
And you know you have to get the job done.
How much time should you be spending working on your business to move it forward?
We recommend 90 minutes a day.
Work on your business for 90 minutes a day for 5 days a week for 12 weeks.
That’s 5400 minutes or 90 hours.
Carry on for a year and it’s 390 hours.
Would that be enough to get your business to where you want it to be?
