You wouldn’t want them to leave, but you could find a replacement if they do.

A bit worrying.
You don’t fully trust them.
They do a good job, but can make mistakes.
There are several areas to improve.
You’re constantly watching them.
You need them to move to a B.
If they can’t move up you should get rid.
