
The question for all Professional Business Owners has got to be-
HOW MUCH TIME HAVE YOU SPENT TODAY ON GETTING AND KEEPING CUSTOMERS?
But sometimes getting new customers is not all about getting new leads, it should also be about nurturing the leads you already have.
And that includes FOLLOW UP.
If has customer has contacted your business and not immediately bought from you that doesn’t mean that they never want to buy from you. If you have a follow up system you’ll stay on their minds.
One system you could use is the Fibonacci follow up system.
This is a Mathematical Sequence.
It goes like this 1 1 2 3 5 8 13 21 34 55 ….
You start with 1 1 then always add up the two next numbers.
1+1 =2
1+2=3
2+3=5
3+5=8 and so on.
You might not need a Maths lesson, but you probably do need a follow up system.
So after your customer contacts you , you follow up with a call the day after asking them if they have any more questions.
Then an email on day two for example.
Day three could be a text.
Day five could be another call.
You’ll have to create this system. Don’t be too pushy, you’re just offering to help.
