Deadlines can be met!

Sometimes you just have to meet them.

My 16 year old son usually gets up at 7am to get to school by 9am.

What does he have to do?

Get washed.

Get changed.

Eat breakfast.

Walk to school.

He usually gets to school between 8:45 and 8:55.

Then one day last week I didn’t get him up until 8am.

“Why did you get me up so late?” Was the grumpy response.

He got dressed.

Got changed.

Ate breakfast.

Walked to school.

And got to school by 8:50. He wasn’t late. Because deadlines have to be met.

If that isn’t enough for you.

How about-

If you don’t get that job done this week, you will die!

If this was really true, then you’d get the job done.

Deadline met.
