Business and Running!
Both involve….
Setting targets and planning- what is the end goal & how could I get there?
Both involve practise. For running two or three times a week , gradually building up the distance & decreasing the time.
Business… ? Well the best thing you could ever do is set a target for your business.
Once you’ve got that target in your head- AND WRITTEN ON THE WALL- you can start to think how to get there.
At this point you need marketing, BUT you do need a target or goal first.
