Keeping the score is a good way of seeing how far your business is progressing.
It’s a good way to set targets and goals.
Keep it simple though.
You could calculate how many enquiries you get each day or week.
And then how many of those enquiries sign up for a meeting.
How many meetings sign up to be fully paid customers.
Etc.
