Are you judging your customers?
A business owner contacted me yesterday.
She wants more customers.
We had a chat for 30 minutes about her business.
Everything seemed fine.
Her website was OK (maybe it needed the website wizard).
Her product was good. She has lots of experience.
But….
The more she told me about her business, the more I realised that she was judging her customers.
And this can’t be good for her business.
No doubt, if she is doing this, then her staff will follow the lead.
She might get customers, but she won’t keep them.
It’s not her place to be judgemental.
This is business.
